Meet the Team

Senior Lead Team

Our Leadership Team is made up of 2 parts. The Senior Lead Team (SLT) and the Ministry Lead Team. The SLT is currently our Pastors and their Partners, their passion is to drive vision and create culture.

  • Lead Pastor

Sam and Gia met when they were in Sunday School aged 12. Since then they’ve been on a roller coaster adventure with Jesus learning how much their Father loves them and how He has designed them to bring heaven to earth. Now they love giving away revelation of the Father’s love and hope that you encounter that at CTF Farnborough.

Sam is our Lead Pastor and Gia is a counsellor specialising in young people. Sam loves football and Gia loves musical theatre so they both know how to make plenty of noise! Their favourite food is pap n’ wors; if you know - you know.

  • Founding Pastors

Christopher and Rachel planted CTF Farnborough in 2020 and have been involved in leading churches and other areas of ministry for over 30 years. Currently they share their time between being part of the  team in CTF Farnborough, and being the National Leaders of Catch the Fire, UK.

Their heart is to see the Kingdom of God being released into people’s lives and communities, whether it be here in the UK, or the Nations. They enjoy sharing stories about what they have experienced.  Why not ask them about some! Both love spending time with people, particularly if there’s food involved – the way to their heart is a good curry! They have two married children and a granddaughter, and really appreciate spending time with their family.

  • Pastor

Jonny and Lydia have been part of CTFF since it was planted in 2020, and have a passion for God’s presence and worship.

Jonny is on staff as one of our pastors, and both serve on our senior lead team.

Ministry Lead Team

The Ministry Lead Team put the vision and culture into action where the rubber hits the road in the ministries of the church. Church wouldn’t be possible without the way they model our values and create space for others to receive and grow.
